Press release – Adexi A/S to take over Nordic Concept ApS

On 1st January 2018, Adexi A/S, which is one of Scandinavia’s largest suppliers of electrical household appliances, is to acquire Nordic Concept ApS, a specialist in product development of non-food products, working closely with its customers. The merged activities will be pursued by the Adexi A/S company at its existing address.

The existing activities of both companies will continue as previously after the merger. Similarly, all staff from both companies will continue as before. Thus it will be “business as usual” for all customers, who can therefore have complete confidence in the new setup.

The two companies complement each other in the best possible way, in terms of markets, customers and products.

For Adexi A/S the merger means that, purely in terms of products, the company gains a broader platform looking forward, and thus it can focus on continuing its expansion on international markets while at the same time retaining its current market position in Scandinavia.

For Nordic Concept ApS the merger will bring them brand new opportunities in the export market, while at the same time freeing up resources for increased concept development and customer activity.

The two companies are joining forces now in order to be able to offer customers an even stronger product range, and there will be even greater focus on introducing new products and brands and being trendsetters. In doing this, they can meet their customers’ business requirements and deliver value to the industry.

With its acquisition of Nordic Concept ApS, Adexi A/S is strengthening its position in the market, and the company will thereby become an even stronger player on the Scandinavian and European markets for sales of non-food products for the retail trade.
